Your Axidus account

Everything account-related lives in one place: sign in at axidus.io and open Account from your dashboard. Account settings are split into a Profile tab and a Security tab.

Signing in

Three ways to sign in, all reaching the same account:

• Email and password - the classic way, with browser autofill support.
• Google - one click with your Google account.
• Email link - a one-time sign-in link sent to your inbox, no password needed.

Methods that use the same email address link to one account, so you can continue with Google today and use an email link tomorrow. Your account and settings follow you, not the sign-in method.

Profile

On the Profile tab you can:

• Set your display name and upload an avatar.
• Change the email address on your account. The change is confirmed by a verification email.
• Choose which emails you receive from us.

Password

Set or change your password on the Security tab.

Two-factor authentication

Add an authenticator app as a second factor from the Security tab. When you turn it on, you get a set of recovery codes - store them somewhere safe. If you lose access to your authenticator app, a recovery code gets you back in. Each code works once, and you can generate a fresh set at any time.

Once two-factor is on, signing in and sensitive account changes (like changing your email or password) ask for your second factor.

Active sessions

See every device currently signed in to your account, and sign out any of them remotely. Handy if you signed in on a shared computer or lost a device.

Data export

Download a copy of the data your account holds as a single JSON file, from Privacy & data on the Security tab.

Deleting your account

Delete account sits at the bottom of the Security tab. It removes your account and its data permanently, and it can’t be undone. If you want a copy of anything, run a data export first.
